# USDe Balance Rewards

All users on Ethereal automatically earn native USDe rewards on their full margin balance powered by Ethena. 

#### **How it works**

Snapshots of each subaccount’s USDe balance are taken periodically throughout each week and transformed into an aggregated average balance. Rewards are distributed via [Merkl](https://app.merkl.xyz/) according to each user's full account equity (with no haircuts applied or debt accrued on unrealized PnL).
